• Prior to joining Hoover Hull LLP, Curtis spent four years at an Indianapolis-based law firm practicing in the areas of insurance defense, wrongful death, bad faith, liquor liability and policy interpretation.
• Represents businesses and individuals in disputes involving construction, policy, and contract matters.
• Curtis has extensive first chair jury trial experience, and has defended clients in countless bench trials.
Education
Curtis received his B.A. degree from DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana in 2000, and his law degree from Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis in 2003.
Professional Associations, Memberships and Community Service
Curtis is a member of the Defense Research Institute, Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana, and the Indiana Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, as well as all Indiana State Courts. Curtis is a former member of the Dunigan YMCA program committee and the Youth Services Bureau. He continues to volunteer for the YMCA, Habitat for Humanity and other various charitable organizations.
