    Education

    Don earned his B.A. from the Ohio State University-Columbus in 1997, magna cum laude, and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Illinois College of Law, Champaign, Illinois in 2003.

    Don is a member of the Indianapolis, Indiana State and American Bar Associations.  Don is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Indiana.  Don is an active member of the Indianapolis Bar Association Homeless Project.
