Sean T. White

Sean T. White is a partner with Hoover Hull LLP. Sean concentrates his practice in business litigation, creditors' rights litigation and construction-related litigation.

  • Represents large and small businesses, insurance companies, and individuals in commercial litigation.
  • Represents owners, general contractors, sub-contractors, material suppliers and sureties in construction disputes.
  • Represents debtors and creditors in bankruptcy litigation, involving claims of fraudulent transfers, preferences and professional liability.
  • Represents owners and leasing agents in lease disputes, including claims for breach of lease, eviction and enforcement of personal guarantees.

    Sean received his B.S. in Marketing from Indiana University in 1990 and his J.D., summa cum laude, from the Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis in 1997. Sean was an Associate Editor of the Indiana Law Review.

    Sean is a member of the Indianapolis, Indiana State, Seventh Circuit and American Bar Associations and the Construction Industry Forum and Litigation Section. Sean coaches youth football and basketball at Holy Spirit Catholic Church.
