Hoover Hull LLP’s founding partners previously led the litigation department of a large Indianapolis firm. In 2001, they combined their considerable experience to create Hoover Hull LLP, a boutique law firm focused on complex business and commercial litigation. Our lawyers’ collective experience and talent enable us to handle litigation of any level of complexity, against any opponent, for any client. 

We have tried cases in federal and state courts throughout Indiana and advanced appeals before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeals, the Indiana Supreme Court and the Indiana Court of Appeals. Decisions in some cases we have handled have been publicly reported and provide exemplars of the legal experiences of Hoover Hull LLP and its attorneys. Whether initiating or defending a claim in court or private arbitration, or negotiating through alternative dispute resolution, we are dedicated to exceeding client expectations in every aspect of the legal service we deliver.

We are also receptive to alternative fee arrangements, including contingent-fee arrangements, mixed-fee or hybrid arrangements, and fixed-fee arrangements where appropriate.
