Hull, Martin Present Employment Law Update
Attorneys Andrew W. Hull and Laurie E. Martin visited clients in Pennsylvania and Connecticut on March 21-22 to present an update on hot topics in employment law. Topics included the anticipated final regulations from the EEOC to the ADA Amendment Act of 2009, the benefits and pitfalls of social media for employers, the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act, charge processing statistics out of the Indianapolis District Office of the EEOC, and recent Indiana, Seventh Circuit, and Supreme Court opinions of note in the areas of employment and employee benefits litigation.
