Justin T. Walton

Justin is an associate with Hoover Hull LLP.  Justin practices in the area of general civil litigation.  He is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Indiana.

Relevant Experience

• Analyze commercial disputes involving businesses and business owners including contract enforcement and interpretation.
• Provides guidance to businesses and individuals regarding matters involving employment related disputes, including employee benefit and employment discrimination claims.

Education and Prior Work Experience

Justin received a B.S. degree from Ohio Northern University where he majored in Criminal Justice and Political Science (2004).  After graduation, Justin was employed by the Ohio Senate where he worked as a Legislative Aide for the Chairman of the Judiciary Committee.  He then went on to become a staff member for Congressman Jim Jordan (OH) where he focused on issues relating to the Congressional District.  Justin worked with business owners regarding matters before the House Committee on Small Business.  He also represented the Congressman at district events, and served as a public liaison between the district and the Congressman.

Thereafter, Justin attended the Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis, earning his J.D., cum laude (2010).  While in law school, Justin served as an Associate Editor of the Indiana Law Review.  He also served as a research assistant for a law professor, and interned in the office of the Secretary of State of Indiana.
